Christopher Kilgour

Christopher has worked in the building & construction industry for over nineteen years. Holding multiple certifications in Building & Construction as well Management, Business and Occupational Health and Safety.

After completing his apprenticeship building residential houses, Christopher gained valuable experience working as Team Leader, Site Supervisor and Project Manager in both residential and commercial fields.

Christopher’s current focus is on clients and the future development of the company.

Building Supervisor
Steven Gathercole  

With over thirty years experience as a licenced builder, Steven takes the hands on approach supervising all trades to bring the project from out of the ground to the end product of handing over the keys to the home owner.

Steven's level of expertise has seen him supervise/ manage projects ranging from standard three bedroom first home buyer homes through to your million dollar houses situated on the elite Sovereign Island.

Steven has a unique skill set that allows him to communicate to all trades on all levels required which has seen him manage up to twenty-five sites on the go at any one time in their varying stages of build. Because of Steven's hands on approach clients find him a pleasure to deal with and always approachable to their ideas and requirements making each build go as smoothly as possible in the time frame allocated. 

Business Development Manager
Michael Beasley

Our Business Development Manager Michael Beasley has been involved in the construction industry for 25 years and has worked hand in hand on site with Steve Gathercole for the past 6 years.

Being a qualified Electrician Michael has owner operated his own electrical business for the past 20 years. He has managed building projects including houses, factories and renovations, and is able to successfully liaise between clients and builders to get projects moving in the right direction from the start.

Michael has the creative link required to think outside the square with your dreams and ideas to make them a reality and is able to keep projects on budget to deliver your build on time every time.
